2. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the purchase of plush toys and comfort items for babies and toddlers offered in this Store. By accepting these terms, the Customer declares they are of legal age, have legal capacity to contract, and have read and fully understood this document.
3. Purchase process
The process is simple and secure. The Customer must add the product to the cart, provide shipping and billing details, choose the payment method, and confirm the order. Before finishing, a summary will be shown with the selected items, their price (taxes included), and any applicable shipping costs for final validation.
4. Prices, taxes, and currency
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Promotions are valid while displayed in the Store or until stocks are exhausted.
5. Payment methods
We offer secure payment methods to ensure a reliable experience:

- Bank transfer
- Electronic payment platforms such as PayPal or Bizum
Payment is charged when the order is confirmed. We do not store payment data; the transaction is carried out via encrypted, certified gateways.
6. Shipping and delivery times
We ship orders to the address provided by the Customer within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
- Shipping costs: calculated before checkout, depending on destination and order volume.
- Estimated time: between 24 and 72 business hours after payment confirmation, except for specific cases.
- The Customer will receive an email with a tracking number once the order leaves the warehouse.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without the need to justify their decision. To do so, they must notify us in writing at info@artesavi.com.
Return conditions:
- Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the event of an error attributable to the Store.
- Once the item is received and its condition verified, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
For hygiene and child safety reasons, returns of plush toys that have been handled or unsealed will not be accepted.
8. Quality guarantee
All our products are manufactured under strict quality controls, complying with European regulations (EN 71) and labelled as suitable from 0 months. If the item presents manufacturing defects, the Customer may request a replacement or refund.

10. Customer obligations
The Customer undertakes to provide truthful, up-to-date information, not to make fraudulent purchases, and to use the products in accordance with their purpose (child use). They also declare they have reviewed each item’s features before confirming the purchase.
11. Security and data protection
We comply with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD on data protection. Your data are used exclusively to manage your order or to send you information if you authorize it. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and others by sending a request to info@artesavi.com.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, the Customer may apply to the courts of their place of residence or, failing that, those of Pol. Ind. CAN MASCARÓ nave 4 Carretera de Corbera, Km 0.4 08756. La Palma de Cervelló, Barcelona (España).
13. Amendments to the terms
Artesavi reserves the right to update or modify these terms whenever deemed appropriate. Updated versions will be published in the Store indicating the effective date.
